Delete your MiseEnKit account

1. Delete your account in the app

Sign in, then go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

2. If you can't sign in

Email privacy@miseenkit.com from the email address on your account with the subject line Delete my MiseEnKit account. We verify that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email.

3. What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your brand profile, voice examples and menu data
• All photos, including originals and processed versions
• All captions, posts and weekly plans
• Your Instagram and Facebook connection tokens (access is revoked via the Meta API)
• Our reference to your Stripe customer record; any active subscription is cancelled first

4. What is not deleted

• Posts you already published on Instagram or Facebook. Delete those on the platform itself.
• Stripe keeps its own billing records under its policy.
• Server audit logs (IP address, login timestamps) expire after 90 days.
